How does delivery and pickup work?

We deliver and collect the paddleboards at your hotel, apartment or a nearby parking spot in Portimão, at a time you choose. We cannot deliver onto the beach itself, because vehicle access is restricted.

We provide the paddleboard, paddle, air pump, dry bag and buoyancy aid. You only need to bring water, sunscreen and swimwear.

Do I need previous experience?

No experience is needed. Our tours suit all ages and fitness levels, and an experienced guide gives you a short lesson before you set off. We guarantee you will stand up on a board after your first lesson.

Where do the tours start?

Tours run mainly from Praia do Alemão in Portimão during the summer. The exact meeting point is confirmed after booking, and local pickup is available.

Can you visit Benagil Cave?

We do not go to Benagil. Instead we take you to quieter hidden caves along the same coastline, which gives you far more privacy and a genuinely peaceful experience in nature.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start time, so there is time for check-in, fitting your equipment and the safety briefing.

Photography and drone footage are available as optional paid extras. Let us know when you book if you would like them.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If conditions are unsafe we reschedule your tour or refund it in full.

What is the minimum age?

Tours are suitable from age 6. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and basic swimming ability is required.
